We provide free delivery on orders above ₹599 for orders within India. We currently do not ship outside India.
Changes in the shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours from the time of order. If you need to change the address after dispatch due to an unavoidable situation, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.
If an order is returned to our facility due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts), no refund will be issued. Instead, customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address. Reshipping will require payment of a partial amount from the original order value, along with the shipping charge for the replacement shipment.
We deliver PAN-India to more than 2,500 cities and over 30,000 pin codes across India.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. (Orders received on Fridays may take up to 68 hours to dispatch, as most delivery services operate on Saturdays and Sundays). The 48-hour dispatch timeframe does not apply during festive seasons.
Transit time to deliver the items is typically between 3-5 working days. Most orders within Tamil Nadu are delivered on the second day after dispatch, though in rare cases, it might take up to 4 days.
Faasobees provides free delivery across India for all products, with a minimum purchase order value. The exact order value for free delivery is mentioned on our website.
