At FaasoBees, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

Returns

• We accept return requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

🚫 Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Minor color or design variations (due to screen/display differences)

• Requests made after the return window

Return Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

   • Order ID

   • Clear photos/videos of the product

2. Our team will review the request.

3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Replacements

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

• Replacement orders are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

💳 PhonePe Refunds

• If you paid using PhonePe, the refund will be credited back to your PhonePe account or linked bank account.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

• Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
